Ingredients

  • Crispy fried fish fillets – You can use my recipe for Crispy Beer Battered Fish (with or without the beer), or you can use store bought frozen fried fish if you like
  • Homemade tartar sauce
  • Coleslaw
  • Buns of your choice (I like to use brioche buns, but any soft bun works)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the fish fillets using the Crispy Beer-Battered Fish recipe. Fry the fish until golden brown and crispy. You can also use store bought frozen fish fillets if you like, but homemade is always amazing!
  2. While the fish is frying, make the Quick & Easy Tartar Sauce and set it aside.
  3. Toss together some Homemade Coleslaw for a refreshing, crunchy topping.
  4. Lightly toast your buns of choice, whether it’s brioche, hamburger buns, or any other kind you prefer.
  5. Spread the homemade tartar sauce generously on both sides of the toasted buns.
  6. Place a fried fish fillet on the bottom bun, add a generous amount of coleslaw on top, and finish with the top bun.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
