Ingredients
- Crispy fried fish fillets – You can use my recipe for Crispy Beer Battered Fish (with or without the beer), or you can use store bought frozen fried fish if you like
- Homemade tartar sauce
- Coleslaw
- Buns of your choice (I like to use brioche buns, but any soft bun works)
Instructions
- Prepare the fish fillets using the Crispy Beer-Battered Fish recipe. Fry the fish until golden brown and crispy. You can also use store bought frozen fish fillets if you like, but homemade is always amazing!
- While the fish is frying, make the Quick & Easy Tartar Sauce and set it aside.
- Toss together some Homemade Coleslaw for a refreshing, crunchy topping.
- Lightly toast your buns of choice, whether it’s brioche, hamburger buns, or any other kind you prefer.
- Spread the homemade tartar sauce generously on both sides of the toasted buns.
- Place a fried fish fillet on the bottom bun, add a generous amount of coleslaw on top, and finish with the top bun.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
