Easy Iced Coffee

This recipe for iced coffee is so incredibly simple and is great to have on hand in the fridge for when you need a quick boost!
I'm one of those people who can't function without coffee to get me started in the morning and I prefer the homemade version much more than anything you can buy in the well known cafes.  Making the iced coffee at home gives me the advantage of mixing it exactly how I like it and it's also way less expensive.
