  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut and sweetened condensed milk until fully incorporated.
  3. Scoop tablespoon-sized mounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them an inch apart.
  4. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the tops are lightly toasted.
  5. Allow the macaroons to cool completely on the baking sheet before removing. Enjoy!
