- 2 cups shredded unsweetened coconut
- ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut and sweetened condensed milk until fully incorporated.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized mounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them an inch apart.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the tops are lightly toasted.
- Allow the macaroons to cool completely on the baking sheet before removing. Enjoy!
