Dollar Store DIY No Sew Christmas Tree Skirt

I'm happy to say that I've put the Christmas tree up and I didn't leave it until the last minute this year!

One of the things about decorating a Christmas tree that I never seemed to get around to do in past years is using a tree skirt.

I'm not sure why I've never had one before but it really ties everything together and looks so festive!  Check out my simple solution for a quick and easy DIY no sew Christmas tree skirt!

This project was so simple I wouldn't even call it a project!  All items used for the tree skirt came from the dollar store and I ended up spending less than $4 to make this!

How to make this simple Christmas Tree Skirt

Items needed:

• Red fabric table cloth
• Felt Poinsettia flower clips – these had a little wooden clothes pin on the back and came in packs of 4

Here's what I did:

1. Just wrap the table cloth around the base of the tree.  Move it around some until you feel it looks like it's in the most appealing position.
2. Use the Poinsettia flower clips to secure the table cloth around the base of the tree.  I only needed to use 3 up the side where the hem was.

And that's it! Seriously – that's all there is too it!  It's very simple and looks so nice on the tree!
