Lately, life has been crazy busy! I feel like this week I've spent very little time in the house since we've been taking care of all sorts of errands and out to appointments.

You know what it's like – one thing after the next – busy busy busy! To make our lives a little easier, I thought I'd put together a roundup of some super tasty casseroles and one dish meals.

As much as I love to cook, sometimes at the end of the day after completing as much as possible on my to do list, I just want to stay out of the kitchen. Since I'm also the frugal minded type of person, ordering take out on every single busy day is not an option. Wouldn't that be nice though? lol

This is a round up of the type of dishes that have relatively few steps and you won't have to spend all your time in the kitchen preparing. One dish meals and casseroles are great since it lessens your chances of a having to clean a huge pile of dishes! haha

Just get your ingredients together, follow the simple instructions, shove it in the oven and *DING* – time to eat!
