Description
This honey mustard sriracha sauce is sweet, tangy, creamy, and just a little spicy. It’s an easy homemade sauce that works perfectly as a dip, sandwich spread, or drizzle for everything from pulled pork melts to chicken and fries.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp mustard
- Sriracha, to taste
Instructions
- Add the honey and mustard to a small bowl.
- Stir until smooth and fully combined.
- Add sriracha a little at a time until it reaches your preferred spice level.
- Serve immediately or store in the fridge until ready to use.
Notes
This sauce works really well on sandwiches, wraps, burgers, and as a dipping sauce for fries or chicken.
You can easily adjust the sweetness or heat depending on your preference by adding more honey or sriracha.
Yellow mustard gives it a more classic flavor, while Dijon adds a little extra sharpness.
I especially love using this sauce on pulled pork grilled cheese melts because the sweet and spicy flavor balances the richness really well.
