Description

This honey mustard sriracha sauce is sweet, tangy, creamy, and just a little spicy. It’s an easy homemade sauce that works perfectly as a dip, sandwich spread, or drizzle for everything from pulled pork melts to chicken and fries.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • Sriracha, to taste

Instructions

  1. Add the honey and mustard to a small bowl.
  2. Stir until smooth and fully combined.
  3. Add sriracha a little at a time until it reaches your preferred spice level.
  4. Serve immediately or store in the fridge until ready to use.

Notes

This sauce works really well on sandwiches, wraps, burgers, and as a dipping sauce for fries or chicken.

You can easily adjust the sweetness or heat depending on your preference by adding more honey or sriracha.

Yellow mustard gives it a more classic flavor, while Dijon adds a little extra sharpness.

I especially love using this sauce on pulled pork grilled cheese melts because the sweet and spicy flavor balances the richness really well.
