This easy garlic aioli comes together in just minutes with simple pantry ingredients. Creamy, tangy, and packed with garlic flavor, it’s perfect for burgers, fries, sandwiches, wraps, and more.

- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder or 1 small clove garlic, very finely minced
- Pinch of salt (to taste)
- Pinch of black pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Add the mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper to a small bowl.
- Stir until smooth and fully combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Cover and refrigerate for 15–30 minutes before serving (optional but recommended).
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days.
If using fresh garlic, letting it rest helps mellow the flavor.
I highly recommend doubling — or even tripling — this recipe, especially if you’re serving burgers or fries. I always like extra aioli on mine, and it disappears fast!
