Our mornings here are usually super hectic. Between trying to force myself out of bed for the day (I'm really not a morning person!) and get my son ready for school, there's usually little time to make a full breakfast…
… I do love pancakes though and still have them often!
We make a point to have “breakfast for supper” several times a month… with all the breakfasty goodness you could imagine and pancakes are by far the most favourite part of the meal in my family. I love trying new recipes and variations of pancakes – there are just endless ways to make them!
