Recently, Influenster sent me the new VoxBox containing the L’Oreal Fibralogy Hair Expertise collection in exchange for my opinion.
You may have seen the commercials on TV featuring actress Blake Lively with her gorgeous hair and looking absolutely stunning.
The L’Oreal Fibralogy Hair Expertise collection promises to produce “thicker hair, wash after wash” so I was very excited to have the opportunity to give these a try.
Over the years, I have noticed that my hair doesn’t look as thick as it used to and seems to be a little more flat and lifeless. This could be due to a combination of aging, damage from all the hair coloring I’ve done or from just the products I already use.
I’ve always enjoyed makeup and beauty products but for some reason giving that same level of attention to my hair care is something I’ve usually overlook. I’m the kind of person that just likes to use the store brand versions of hair products simply because they’re cheap and get the job done. Since I usually just buy whatever is on sale, it’s not often that I use a product with a specific ‘super power’.
The ‘super power’ in the L’Oreal Fibralogy thickening hair care line is Filloxane.
The claim is that this ingredient will thicken your hair from within. Sounds pretty super to me! haha
The VoxBox contained 3 products:
- L’Oreal Paris Fibralogy Hair Expertise Shampoo
- L’Oreal Paris Fibralogy Hair Expertise Thickening Booster
- L’Oreal Paris Fibralogy Hair Expertise Conditioner
You can check out a little unboxing video and my first impression of the products below.
I found that my hair seemed to have a little more volume, was thicker, healthy and stronger.
