It's that time again!
The back to school season is upon us and you know what that means right?
Time to start packing school lunches again for the kids!
This year is a special one for our family since my son will be starting school as a great big grown up junior kindergartner! 😉
All sorts of feelings about sending my little one off to school are swirling around in my head – I'm nervous, excited and hopeful but I've also got a heaping spoonful of dread stacked right on top. He's my first and only little munchkin so far so it's a pretty big milestone in the family.
Yup! Mama is a wreck! haha 😉 I'm sure he'll be just fine once he starts school this year, but my goodness… where has the time gone!?
When I was a little girl, my mother would pack cute little notes in my lunch box with words of encouragement, jokes, or even just silly pictures. I just loved them!
The notes were always a great reminder that my mom and family were thinking of me even when we were apart. The notes were always something to look forward to and really left and impression on me so I wanted to keep up with the tradition with my son Donnie. <3
After doing a quick search on Pinterest to see if I could find some lunch box notes to add to Donnie's lunches this year, I was super excited to see that there are tonnes of other parents out there who also like to carry on this tradition!
Unfortunately, even with the large variety of free printable lunch notes available online on other blogs, I had a hard time finding ones that my son would enjoy most… so I created my own to share here with you today! 😀
Just click the big orange button below to download your copy of the free cute monster themed lunch box notes!
Simply save the file to your computer, print them off, then cut them out and place them in your child's lunch box.
I hope you enjoy these lunch box notes and they bring smiles to your little ones faces! 🙂
